Yoga Chi Classes

Yoga chi classes are a mixture of Tia Chi style moves with Yoga breath work.

The aim is to improve balance and co-ordination as well as improving mobility and stamina

Suitable for all ages and abilities

The classes start with a gentle warm up, followed by a vinyasa (sequence) of moves and finishing with Meditation

£5 per class pay as you go

Monday 5.30 -6.20pm
Tuesday 11.30am - 12.20pm
