Summer Solstice extra special ☀️😴
This year we are having a sleepover😴… starting @ 8pm, a little light yoga, fire pit gathering with Cacao☕, followed by a Sound/Gong bath to sooth you to sleep, I will finish by giving you all Rahanni healing💞… we will then wake up at 3.20am and make our way to Arthur Newbery park, just behind the studio, to greet the sun as she rises, those that wish can join me with some sun salutations, or simply sit in meditation… We will then return for a light breakfast of yogurt and summer berries before departing @ 6am
