When muscles become stuck in patterns of restriction either from injury or lifestyle, this can lead to pain and discomfort as our body becomes imbalanced. Somatic Yoga works by waking up your sensory motors and regaining control of the muscles, allowing them to relax and ease the pressure around the joints and ligaments. This method of yoga can help you to regain movement, stability and posture.

A three week 121 course is recommend to get you started, this maybe all you will need. However should you need more or just want to return occasionally after this you can pay as you go when and if you need more or just want to top up now and again. Our lifestyles often place stress and strain on our bodies so you may find occasional maintenance necessary

A session is 45 mins maximum, as this is usually enough when your body is in pain or recovery
